## About the Role

* Experience of working within a UK bank
 * A good understanding of UK banking data
 * Broad knowledge of Data requirements for regulatory reporting
 * Experience with Cloud Data platforms (ideally GCP)
 * Data quality best practice

## Description

A Data Analyst is required by a challenger bank in London on a contract basis (Outside IR35) to work with their Data Process team on a Data Excellence project.

We need someone with a good Data Analytics background within a Retail Banking or Corporate Banking environment to work with the team to define Data Quality rules. You must be someone who can explain complex data practices to non-data people. They are building an AI rules engine and need help to define the rules and then crunch the data thereafter to identify and rectify data errors.

You will:

 * Define Data Quality rules for automated data monitoring systems
 * Identify data quality issues in process flows
