Desirable * Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment. * Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems. * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and IT security frameworks. * Experience supporting backup and disaster recovery solutions., * GCSEs / Nat 5's including Maths and English. * A relevant qualification in Information Technology would be advantageous but not essential., * Proactive and self-motivated. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent attention to detail. * Customer-focused with a positive and professional approach. * Able to work independently and as part of a team. * Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies. * Committed to maintaining high standards of security and service delivery ## Description We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Assistant to support and maintain the day-to-day IT operations across our office and manufacturing site. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-user IT services, managing IT assets, and maintaining IT infrastructure that supports business operations.
