## Description

The Quality Systems Engineer is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organisation s Quality Management System (QMS) while ensuring all products and operations meet applicable regulatory, compliance, and safety requirements. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to maintain certifications, manage audits, and drive a strong quality culture across the business., * Develop, maintain, and improve the company s Quality Management System in alignment with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 22716, British Retail Consortium (BRC), Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO

 * Lead internal audits, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), risk assessments, and root-cause analyses.
 * Oversee document control, change control, and quality record management.
 * Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Ensure products meet internal specifications and customer expectations.
 * Interpret and apply regulatory requirements relevant to company products and markets.
 * Maintain certifications, and regulatory filings.
 * Serve as primary contact for regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and external auditors.
 * Ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and industry guidelines.
 * Track regulatory changes and communicate their impact to internal stakeholders.
 * Provide training on quality and compliance topics across the organisation.
 * Collaborate with operations, R&D, supply chain, and commercial teams to support compliant product development and manufacturing.
 * Champion a culture of quality, safety, compliance, and continuous learning.
