## About the Role

This role is ideal for a hands-on architect with deep ServiceNow platform expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering complex transformation programmes., * Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Lead ServiceNow Consultant.

 * Strong expertise across:
 + ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps and GRC
 + CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management
 * ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts)
 * Integrations (REST, SOAP, SSO, LDAP, MID Server, Integration Hub)
 * ServiceNow security, governance, and access controls
 * Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
 * Strong understanding of cloud, enterprise architecture, APIs, integration patterns, Agile, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.
 * Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into strategic technical solutions.

Desirable

 * ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
 * CSA, CIS, or CAD certifications.
 * ITIL v4 certification.
 * Experience with AI, automation, and platform modernisation initiatives.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned to business objectives., * Define and lead ServiceNow solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and custom applications.

 * Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
 * Provide technical leadership for platform enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and migrations.
 * Architect integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server, SSO, and enterprise APIs.
 * Establish platform governance, development standards, and best practices.
 * Conduct architecture reviews, impact assessments, and design assurance.
 * Drive platform optimisation, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance across delivery programmes.
