Our NOC/SOC team monitors and manages firewalls, switches, wireless environments, and security infrastructure for a broad customer base throughout the UK and Europe., You will work as part of the Optec Network Operations Centre, acting as an escalation point for tickets raised by our L1 engineers. The L2 tier sits between first-line monitoring and triage (L1) and senior engineers (L3), and is where independent incident handling and hands-on diagnostic work happen.
