* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in der Systemtechnik
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows 11 sowie im Microsoft-Umfeld
 * Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich LAN, WLAN und Client-Hardware
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen ist von Vorteil
 * Strukturierte, serviceorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1)
 * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2), da die Kommunikation - auch mit externen Partnern - überwiegend in englischer Sprache erfolgt

## Description

* Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Clients sowie Peripheriegeräten
 * Aufbau, Umzug und Verkabelung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
 * Bearbeitung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support - sowohl vor Ort als auch remote
 * Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung technischer Probleme
 * Durchführung von Garantie- und Standardreparaturen an Desktop-PCs, Notebooks und Druckern
 * Betreuung und Unterstützung bei Konferenzraumtechnik sowie Mediensystemen
 * Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten im Ticketsystem
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern
