 * Erfahrung mit relationalen und analytischen Datenbanken (z. B. PostgreSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery oder Redshift)
 * Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu dokumentieren und Wissen nachhaltig zu teilen
 * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Tech-Umfeld

 * Administration und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Linux-basierten Infrastruktur
 * Verbindung zwischen Fachbereichen, Data Analytics und technischen Teams
 * Ausbau und Optimierung der Kubernetes- und Docker-Landschaft
 * Automatisierung von Infrastruktur mit Terraform und Ansible
 * Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Sicherheit und Performance der Systeme
 * Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring und Observability mit Grafana und Prometheus
 * Transparente Dokumentation der Infrastruktur und technischen Prozessen
