## Description

* Eigenständige Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Kunden
 * Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenaufträgen im SAP-System
 * Koordination von Lieferterminen sowie Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen
 * Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Reklamationen und Retouren
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Angeboten, Auftragsbestätigungen und Stammdaten
 * Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache
 * Überwachung von Lieferterminen sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität
 * Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Service- und Prozessabläufen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Logistik und Supply Chain
