 * Aufbau, Administration und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur (Client-Systeme, Netzwerke, Drucker)
 * Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung (z. B. Active Directory, E-Mail-Konten)
 * Konfiguration, Überwachung und Anpassung von Microsoft 365 Umgebungen
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten, Rollouts und Systemumstellungen inkl. Vor- und Nachbereitung
 * Überprüfung der Einhaltung von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien
