## About the Role

* Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb von Datenplattformen und -pipelines im Projekt- oder Consultingumfeld.

 * Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Integration von Datenlösungen einschließlich Tests, Dokumentation sowie der Nutzung moderner AI-Ansätze (z. B. Agentic AI) in Daten-Workflows.
 * Kenntnisse in Anforderungsanalyse, Durchführung von Workshops sowie adressatengerechter Kommunikation; abgeschlossenes Studium im MINT-Bereich bzw. entsprechende Berufserfahrung sowie sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

## Description

Als Senior Data & AI Engineer*in gestaltest du datengetriebene Lösungen entlang des gesamten Lebenszyklus - von der Integration über Transformation und Qualitätssicherung bis zur Bereitstellung für Analytics-, Reporting- und AI-Anwendungsfälle. Dabei arbeitest du in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld an unterschiedlichen Projekten und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung moderner Daten- und AI-Landschaften bei.

 * Verantwortung für Datenlösungen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg, einschließlich Integration, Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung sowie Orchestrierung, Scheduling und Monitoring (On-Premises und Cloud).
 * Einsatz von GenAI zur Unterstützung von Entwicklung, Dokumentation und Tests sowie Integration von Agentic-AI-Ansätzen unter Berücksichtigung von Sicherheit und Anwendungsnutzen.
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung skalierbarer Datenarchitekturen unter Nutzung gängiger Cloud-Plattformen und Technologien (z. B. Lakehouse, Batch- und Streaming-Verarbeitung, Modern Data Stack).
 * Entwicklung performanter Datenmodelle und Datenpipelines unter Nutzung von SQL sowie Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, Monitoring, Kostenkontrolle und Governance-Anforderungen.
