Bonne connaissance des environnements Windows et Linux.

Expérience sur des outils de monitoring, observabilité ou supervision.

Capacité à analyser les incidents et améliorer la qualité des alertes.

Sens du service et approche orientée amélioration continue.

Anglais professionnel impératif (échanges réguliers avec des interlocuteurs internationaux et fournisseurs).

Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d'équipe.

## Description

Rattaché(e) au Responsable des Opérations IT, vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du périmètre supervision et observabilité du Groupe.

À ce titre, vous :
Administrez, maintenez et faites évoluer la plateforme de supervision.

Analysez les alertes et garantissez la pertinence des indicateurs remontés.

Réduisez le bruit opérationnel et optimisez les mécanismes d?alerte.

Participez à la remise à plat et à l'amélioration des processus de supervision existants.

Accompagnez les équipes Infrastructure, Production et Support dans l'exploitation des outils.

Contribuez à la mise en place des bonnes pratiques de monitoring, capacity planning et reporting.

Rédigez et maintenez la documentation technique.
