## About the Role

* L'expérience : on ne va pas te demander 5 ans d'expérience pour un poste junior. Ce qu'on cherche vraiment ? Quelqu'un qui a les mains dans le cambouis depuis un moment. Concrètement, ça ressemble à ça : 3 ans d'admin + 2 ans d'ingé, ou un profil admin très solide, ou un ingé qui a déjà bien rodé ses classiques. Mais honnêtement, c'est du cas par cas. Un alternant sorti en autonomie sur de vrais projets build ? On regarde. Un autodidacte avec une tête bien faite et des preuves à l'appui ? On regarde aussi. Ce qui ne se négocie pas : l'autonomie, la curiosité, et l'envie de faire les choses bien.
 * L'environnement technique : Windows, AD, Exchange, IIS, SQL Serveur, O365 (Citrix, Terraform/Puppet/GitLab sont un plus)

## Description

Au sein du Département Opération, tu rejoindras le service Systèmes et plus précisément la squad Cell, composée de 8 super-héros !

Les défis que tu rencontreras lors de ton aventure sur la planète Ecritel :

 * Administrer, superviser et maintenir en condition opérationnelle les environnements Windows Server en production, pour les infrastructures internes et les clients hébergés
 * Gérer et maintenir les services d'annuaire Traiter les tickets d'incidents et de demandes de niveau 2/3
 * Mettre en oeuvre les plans de reprise d'activité (PRA/PCA) et tester leur efficacité
 * Concevoir et déployer des architectures Windows Server dans des environnements onpremise, hybrides
 * Réaliser les installations et configurations de nouveaux serveurs
 * Déployer et intégrer des solutions Microsoft
 * Automatiser les déploiements et configurations via des scripts PowerShell et des outils d'orchestration (Ansible, DSC, Terraform)
 * Rédiger la documentation technique
 * Participer à l'amélioration et à l'évolution du service et des process
 * Participer et proposer des améliorations technologiques internes et clientes
