## About the Role

Se requiere conocimientos y experiencia en el uso de inteligencia artificial generativa y herramientas de IA aplicadas al puesto de trabajo, en línea con la apuesta de Accenture por un uso responsable y efectivo de la IA.
Requisitos imprescindibles

 * Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en Data Management and Integration.
 * Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en IT Infrastructure Operations.
 * Nivel de inglés avanzado.
 * Titulación de grado medio o superior o titulación universitaria en informática, telecomunicaciones o áreas afines., * Experiencia en Infrastructure Event Management.
 * Experiencia en Issue Management.
 * Experiencia en herramientas de gestión de endpoints como Microsoft Intune o SCCM.
 * Experiencia en resolución de incidencias técnicas en entornos corporativos.
 * Experiencia en entornos internacionales con comunicación en inglés.

## Description

* Administración y operación de plataformas de Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) como Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM o equivalentes, incluyendo configuración de políticas, gestión de dispositivos y despliegue de software.
 * Monitorización y gestión de eventos e incidencias mediante herramientas de IT Service Management (ServiceNow, Remedy o similares), garantizando el cumplimiento de SLAs definidos.
 * Participación en la integración de sistemas de gestión de endpoints con soluciones de identidad (Azure AD/Entra ID), seguridad y herramientas corporativas.
 * Ejecución de tareas de mejora continua mediante automatización de procesos con scripting (PowerShell u otras tecnologías)., * Operar y mantener la infraestructura UEM asegurando disponibilidad, seguridad y cumplimiento de estándares corporativos.
 * Analizar y resolver incidencias técnicas, participando en procesos de troubleshooting y documentando soluciones aplicadas.
 * Colaborar con equipos de infraestructura, seguridad y soporte para garantizar una correcta entrega de servicios IT.
 * Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los servicios, proponiendo e implementando optimizaciones en procesos operativos.
