## Description

Here, your work will be used by real customers from day one, with rapid feedback loops, genuine ownership, and the opportunity to see the impact of what you build.

Many operationally complex industries still rely on outdated processes, disconnected systems, and significant manual work. This creates inefficiencies, slows decision making, and makes it harder for teams to deliver high quality outcomes.

You'll join a company that acquires those businesses and embeds itself directly to build automation and AI directly into their frontline workflows, delivering crucial efficiency improvements in real time.

Backed by experienced founders and top tier VCs, the company is growing quickly and is now looking for you to join as their Founding Engineer to work closely with the technical leadership team. It's a true 0-1 build.

This role won't be for everyone. If you enjoy working closely with founders, moving quickly, solving ambiguous problems and seeing the direct impact of your work, this could be a great fit. There will be times when things get intense, but your contribution will be recognised.
