Highly Desirable * Experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Waalaxy, RocketReach or similar prospecting platforms. * Experience working with Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Analytics. * Experience within media, events, publishing or agency environments. * Familiarity with sales and marketing processes. Personal Attributes * Exceptionally detail-oriented. * Process-driven and methodical. * Able to work accurately with large volumes of data. * Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills. * Confident communicating with multiple internal stakeholders. * Able to work independently and as part of a wider operations team. Important This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must clearly demonstrate previous commercial experience working extensively with Zoho CRM and managing large sales databases. Candidates will be expected to complete a practical data management assessment as part of the interview process. ## Description We are seeking an experienced and highly organised CRM Data Administrator to support our CRM Director and Data Analyst in the day-to-day management of our sales and marketing database. This role is ideal for someone with extensive hands-on experience of managing and maintaining data within Zoho CRM environments. The Role The successful candidate will take responsibility for ensuring the quality, integrity and smooth operation of data within our CRM systems.
