This role will provide full secretarial and administration support to the Build Director, Build Managers and site based personnel to ensure the department is run in a smooth and efficient manner. Duties will include: * Raise purchase orders. * Typing of all correspondence. * Complex diary management. * Answer and action telephone calls. Progressing complaints as appropriate. * Arrange meetings, rooms, equipment, refreshments and lunches as required.
