## About the Role

You can run a design from first site visit to fabrication without anyone holding your hand. You may have worked as a design engineer, draughtsperson, CAD engineer or fabrication designer - what counts is that you're confident with AutoCAD, comfortable on site, and your drawings stand up in the workshop. If your ideal week is more drawing board than boardroom, you'll fit right in.

## Description

Every project starts with you on site - tape measure in hand, talking to the people who actually use the space, working out what's needed. Then you come back and design it: your judgement, your drawings, your name on the job. The work is bespoke, so the problems change every time, and because the workshop builds directly from your drawings, accuracy and buildability are the whole game.
