## About the Role

* Strong data science capabilities; we work with Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Copilot Studio and PowerBI so an understanding of these platforms will be beneficial
 * Proficient in Python, SQL, Spark (or PySpark, SparkSQL) and DAX
 * Strong communication skills to translate technical models and processes for our commercial colleagues
 * Commercial acumen to identify and drive forward trade driving and efficiency solutions
 * Strong relationship management skills to build meaningful connections with key stakeholders and business partners

## Description

We work closely with 3rd party providers and internal stakeholders to ensure we're bringing the best service possible to our customers. People are at the heart of what we do and a large part of our success.
We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Partnerships team.
We believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth and development. As a Senior Data Scientist in Partnerships, you'll have the chance to enhance your skills, take on new challenges, and progress in your career.
What you'll be doing

 * You'll work closely with senior commercial managers across the Partnerships team; helping identify and resolve problem statements for a variety of products.
 * You'll build and maintain demand models to ensure our customers get the right product at the right time for them whilst driving efficiencies across Partnerships.
 * You'll drive forward AI within partnerships - working with 3rd parties and internal stakeholders to launch new tools and enhance our customer journeys
 * You'll work closely with colleagues across the whole of the Insurance & Money Services as well as 3rd parties including Travelex and Blackhawk. This will provide you with a broad perspective of multiple markets and the opportunity to increase understanding of the commercial markets we operate in.
