Our NOC/SOC team monitors and manages firewalls, switches, wireless environments, and security infrastructure for a broad customer base throughout the UK and Europe., We have grown rapidly and we are looking to appoint a talented L1 NOC Engineer to join our first-line team. What Will You Be Doing? You will work as part of the Optec Network Operations Centre, providing the initial customer point of contact and carrying out the first diagnosis and triage of incidents and change requests. The L1 tier is the entry point into our NOC/SOC progression: you'll build the foundational monitoring, triage, and customer-facing skills that everything above (L2 and L3) builds on.
