Backend Development * Develop and lead the design and development of highly scalable and secure Golang-based microservices with a focus on fault tolerance, performance, and maintainability. * Architect and implement APIs using RESTful and gRPC frameworks to ensure secure communication and optimal data integrity. * Oversee containerisation efforts, including Docker multi-stage builds, and ensure secure orchestration practices for production environments. Security Integration & DevSecOps * Champion the adoption of DevSecOps principles, embedding security throughout the CI/CD pipeline to ensure secure, automated deployments. * Enforce robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), encryption protocols, and compliance with standards like ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and OWASP guidelines. * Actively address vulnerabilities in distributed systems and implement solutions aligned with best practices for memory safety and secure coding. Cross-functional Collaboration * Work closely with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers to create a cohesive and secure user experience. * Partner with deltaflare's Operational Technology engineering teams to support integration, consulting, and custom development initiatives. * Represent deltaflare in engagements with system integrators, customers, and the broader cyber security community. Testing & Optimisation * Lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive unit, integration, and security tests to ensure platform reliability and resilience. * Optimise system performance and scalability through rigorous debugging, profiling, and architectural improvements.
