This role will own the strategy, implementation, and optimization of monday.com as Sierra Safety's central operating platform. Working closely with leadership, this individual will design scalable workflows, automate business processes, improve reporting, and support the technology that powers our office and field operations. In addition to owning monday.com, this position will oversee critical IT systems, cloud infrastructure, network administration, cybersecurity, and business applications to ensure a secure, reliable, and efficient technology environment., * Serve as the owner and primary administrator of Sierra Safety's monday.com platform by designing, building, and maintaining boards, dashboards, workspaces, automations, forms, permissions, templates, and reporting. * Develop scalable workflows supporting Recruiting, Operations, Safety, Compliance, Project Management, HR, Finance, and Executive Leadership. * Build integrations between monday.com and Microsoft 365, Outlook, DocuSign, QuickBooks, Procore, and other business applications. * Create executive dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership. * Lead platform adoption through employee training, documentation, and ongoing support.
