You'll be the first line of defense for hardware and basic tech issues across our office - setting up workstations, fixing headsets and webcams, onboarding new users, and working with software vendors' support teams when issues need escalation. You don't need years of experience. You need to be genuinely comfortable with computer hardware, curious about how systems work, and reliable enough to own the small stuff so our senior technical staff can focus on the big stuff. Just as important: we want someone with the aptitude and interest to learn our CRM. Our entire operation runs on Zoho One, and as you prove yourself we'll train you on the platform, its automations, and its integrations - skills that can carry you into a senior technical role here as we grow. This is a good fit if you: Are the person friends and family already call when their computer acts up Like fixing physical things - swapping parts, running cables, diagnosing why a webcam won't connect Have patience for troubleshooting and for sitting on support calls until the problem is actually solved Want an employer that will invest in training you, not just hand you a ticket queue What You'll Do Set up and image new computers and workstations for employees Troubleshoot and repair office hardware - headsets, webcams, monitors, printers, docks, and peripherals Handle first-tier IT tasks: adding new user accounts, resetting passwords, managing basic access Call into vendor support channels (Zoho, RingCentral, and others) and see issues through to resolution Keep hardware inventory organized and workstations ready for new hires Document fixes and procedures so problems get easier to solve the second time Learn our Zoho One environment over time, taking on more platform and automation work as you develop ## Related Videos - [Integrate your Cognitive Assistant with 3rd-party DBs and software](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/249-integrate-your-cognitive-assistant-with-3rd-party-dbs-and-software) - [HR ROBO SAPIENS: Decoding AI Agents and Workflow Automation for Modern Recruitment](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1470-hr-robo-sapiens-decoding-ai-agents-and-workflow-automation-for-modern-recruitment) - [Hiring AI Native Talents](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100268-hiring-ai-native-talents) - [Get Your Stack Together: Building the Right Recruiting Tech](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1295-get-your-stack-together-building-the-right-recruiting-tech) - [Create a Programmatic SEO Project Using Next.js and Static Site Generation](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/449-create-a-programmatic-seo-project-using-next-js-and-static-site-generation) - [Navigating the Future of Junior Developers in Tech](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1280-navigating-the-future-of-junior-developers-in-tech) ## Related Articles - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers) - [What’s the Difference between a Junior, Mid, and Senior Developer?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/238-what-s-the-difference-between-a-junior-mid-and-senior-developer) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Is AI turning Junior Developers into an endangered species?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/501-is-ai-turning-junior-developers-into-an-endangered-species)
