## About the Role

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with people just as much as working with documents. This position combines client interaction, document preparation, and data entry using our proprietary estate planning software. We prefer candidates with document experience, legal experience not required. We provide comprehensive training., * Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Microsoft Office.
 * Data entry or administrative experience.
 * Customer service or client-facing experience.
 * Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
 * Strong grammar, proofreading, and writing skills., * High school or equivalent (Preferred)

 * Gather and organize client information accurately and professionally.
 * Prepare estate planning documents accurately
 * Communicate with clients in person, by phone, and on-line
 * Represent TrustMasters professionally at client events .
 * Work closely with our team to ensure every client receives exceptional service.
