## About the Role

Briscent Global LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to join our growing IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of experience to build their careers in technical support. The ideal candidate will provide first-level IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and help ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations for end users., * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.

 * 0-3 years of experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or a similar IT support role.
 * Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and computer hardware.
 * Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Zendesk is a plus.
 * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
 * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

## Description

* Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, or remote support tools for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
 * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, operating system, and application issues in a timely manner.
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, peripheral devices, and user accounts.
 * Log, track, and resolve support requests using an IT service management (ITSM) or ticketing system while maintaining accurate documentation.
 * Assist with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN connectivity, password resets, and basic network troubleshooting.
 * Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes, maintain system documentation, and deliver excellent customer support.
