## Description

* Serve as a hands-on Workday Financials SME responsible for design, configuration, and support of the financial environment.
 * Partner with finance and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions, overseeing requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
 * Lead enhancements and optimize financial workflows, including procure-to-pay, month-end close, and reporting processes.
 * Strengthen governance, controls, and platform scalability to ensure compliance and efficiency across a national footprint.
 * Grow into a team leadership role as the financials function matures within the organization.
