* Clinical Support: Provide on-the-floor technical support for nurses, doctors, and administrative staff.
 * Hardware Troubleshooting: Maintain and repair workstations, tablets, printers, and medical-specific hardware.
 * System Uptime: Monitor and resolve connectivity issues to ensure electronic health records and diagnostic tools are always accessible.
