## Description

Our Business & Consumer Consultants ethically, effectively, and professionally perform administrative and customer service duties to businesses and consumers by answering their inquiries and providing excellent customer service, as well as providing support to the Operations and Accreditation departments, * Respond to telephone calls, emails, and letters from consumers and businesses regarding complaints, scams, requests for business reviews, referrals to various organizations, and other matters

 * Assist the Dispute Resolution department in various stages of the complaint process
 * Assist with sending direct mail to businesses and consumers
 * Process returned mail
 * Assist with investigations
 * Assist with Customer Review publishing
 * Assist with the maintenance and quality control of BBB's database
 * Accurately and professionally perform other office and/or BBB member support functions
 * Other duties as assigned
