Acting on behalf of the Power of Attorney held by ATS, you will communicate directly with clients to present their available tax resolution options, ensure they fully understand their circumstances, and outline the specific steps required to achieve a successful resolution. The Solutions Specialist occupies a critical role in the client experience pipeline. Once our tax professionals have completed a thorough analysis of a client's tax situation and identified viable resolution pathways, the Solutions Specialist translates that analysis into clear, accessible communication for the client. You serve as the bridge between technical tax strategy and client understanding - ensuring every individual we represent leaves each interaction informed, confident, and prepared for next steps. This role requires a rare combination of interpersonal skill, organizational discipline, and a working knowledge of IRS resolution programs and state tax processes. You are an educator and guide operating within an established legal and ethical framework.
