## Description

The Stockroom Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling stockroom inventory to ensure accurate stock levels, timely availability of materials, and smooth daily operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and minimizing stock discrepancies., * Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notes

 * Store materials in an organized and safe manner as per company standards
 * Issue stock to internal teams as per requirements and maintain proper documentation
 * Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
 * Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
 * Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies or variances
 * Update inventory records in systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle, or internal tools)
 * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies within the stockroom
 * Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams for material planning
 * Prepare inventory reports and provide updates to management as required
 * Support audits by providing accurate inventory records and documentation
