## Description

As a BDC Internet Sales Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers beginning their vehicle-buying journey. You'll help answer questions, provide product information, schedule appointments, and become an expert on Chevrolet vehicles, features and technology. Most importantly, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional customer experiences., * Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, internet, text and live chat channels

 * Schedule and confirm customer appointments for the sales team
 * Provide accurate and helpful information regarding vehicles, features and dealership services
 * Present initial financing options based on customer needs
 * Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects who are not yet ready to purchase or who miss scheduled appointments
 * Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM system
 * Assist with vehicle acquisition efforts by responding to leads from sources such as Kelley Blue Book, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other online platforms
 * Build positive relationships with customers while delivering a professional and exceptional experience
