## Description

* Analyze and interpret US healthcare claims data to identify trends, risks, operational gaps, and strategic opportunities
 * Support leadership with data-driven recommendations and executive reporting
 * Translate complex healthcare and business requirements into actionable analytics solutions
 * Write and optimize complex Oracle/SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and data validation
 * Develop scalable datasets, data models, and reporting structures supporting healthcare operations and claims analysis
 * Perform data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation across multiple data sources
 * Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, ETL processing, and workflow optimization
 * Develop reusable analytics workflows and support process automation initiatives
 * Ensure data quality, integrity, and reporting accuracy
 * Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive-level reports
 * Create KPI tracking, operational metrics, and claims performance reporting
 * Partner with stakeholders to deliver intuitive, business-friendly visualizations
 * Lead and support cross-functional initiatives involving business, operations, analytics, and technology teams
 * Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
 * Coordinate with business partners to drive strategic and operational improvements
