Experience Requirements (in years): * 1+ years of work experience in dining room operations or a similar environment. Required Competencies/Licenses/Certifications: * Must be 18 or older. * Must complete required Background clearances, health screening, and provide negative TB test results within 7 days of employment (must be within the last 6 months). * Must have basic math skills and excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak, write, and read English. * Must possess the ability to make sound, independent decisions when circumstances warrant and remain calm during stressful or emergency situations. * Must possess the ability to operate standard service equipment and minimize waste and misuse of supplies and equipment. * Must possess the ability to always deal tactfully and professionally with personnel, residents, family members, and guests. Physical Demands & Work Environment: * Must be mobile and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, including standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, pulling, lifting overhead, and repetitive motion. * Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and throughout the community. * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and push up to 250 pounds, as necessary. * Reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. ## Description Dining room supervisor- FT. 40 hours a week, variable days, weekends required. Pay DOE., The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for creating a memorable dining experience for residents. Under the direction of the Director of Dining Services and/or Executive Chef, they oversee all aspects of the dining room operation, including cleanliness, equipment, setup, service, and staff training, scheduling, direction, and management to ensure residents receive the highest quality of customer service, efficiency, and professionalism during their mealtimes.
