This role combines desk-side support, remote troubleshooting, hardware deployment, and customer service to ensure employees have reliable access to the technology they need to perform their jobs. You'll support a variety of desktop and mobile devices, diagnose technical issues, and work closely with infrastructure and application support teams to resolve complex problems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with users while developing a broad technical skill set in enterprise IT operations.
