Organizational Expectations * Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity. * Maintain accurate project documentation, including client decisions, risks, and key assumptions. * Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables. * Contribute to implementation best practices and continuous process improvement. ## Description Spectrum Customizer is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. Our headquarters are in Southeast Portland, Oregon and we are open to this role being onsite or hybrid. Spectrum is a Platform-as-a-Service product customization engine powering many of today's top brand experiences, such as XBox, Stanley, Leatherman and Carhartt. Our platform delivers industry-leading 3D product visualization, ecommerce and factory integrations, a self-service admin platform, and robust analytics. The Implementation Consultant serves as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation and project lifecycle, helping clients successfully launch and optimize the Spectrum platform. This role combines technical project leadership with a consultative approach, working closely with clients to understand their business goals, recommend solutions, and partner with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, technically curious, and confident leading conversations with both clients and cross-functional teams.
