 * Du treibst Veränderung aktiv voran, lernst schnell und entwickelst dich und unsere DMS Landschaft kontinuierlich weiter.
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2-C1).

 * Be an early applicant, * Du arbeitest im agilen Team Inputmanagement und betreust die Mainframe-Komponente unseres Dokumentenmanagementsystems, von der Weiterentwicklung bis zum stabilen Betrieb.
 * Analyse und Priorisierung neuer fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen, Ableitung klarer User Stories, Definition von Akzeptanzkriterien und Planung im Team.
 * Du bringst Ideen ein, konzipierst Verbesserungen und erhöhst durch saubere Architektur, Tests und Monitoring die Stabilität der Anwendungen.
 * Unterstützung der technologischen Transformation hin zu modernen Dokumentenmanagementsystemen, inklusive Migration, Schnittstellen und Datentransfer.
 * Betrieb, Fehlermanagement und Performance Optimierung von Mainframebasierten DMS Prozessen sowie enge Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und IT Schnittstellen.
