## Description

* First- und Second-Level-Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden sowie zentrale Ansprechperson bei IT-Fragen
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Windows-Server- und Client-Infrastruktur
 * Betreuung unserer Microsoft-365-Umgebung inklusive Exchange Online, Teams und SharePoint
 * Verwaltung von Benutzern, Berechtigungen und Endgeräten mit Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID und Intune
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von PCs, Notebooks, mobilen Endgeräten sowie Netzwerkkomponenten
 * Unterstützung beim Betrieb unserer Virtualisierungs-, Storage- und Backup-Lösungen (VMware, Veeam)
 * Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Hard- und Software sowie Lizenzmanagement
 * Erstellung und Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen sowie Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft
