## Description

* Unterstützung von Rollouts im Hardwarebereich sowie IT Umzügen und allgemeinen IT Projekten
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs einer komplexen Systemlandschaft im Bankenumfeld
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 1st und 2nd Level Support - remote sowie direkt vor Ort
 * Annahme und Bearbeitung von Anwenderanfragen per Telefon, Mail oder persönlich am Servicedesk
 * Installation, Austausch und Dokumentation von Hardware sowie Pflege der Assetdaten und Weiterleitung an nachgelagerte Supporteinheiten bei Bedarf
