Drive the product evolution by applying a strict commercial ROI lens to all decisions-evaluating opportunity costs, resource estimation, and real business value rather than just gut feeling. * The MVP Mindset: Ruthlessly prioritize and define what "Minimum Viable" means for feature prototypes. Convincingly strip away nice-to-haves to test core hypotheses cheaply, validating player retention and monetization as quickly as possible. * Fast Monetization Design: Focus heavily on hybrid-casual monetization mechanics. Drive product strategies integrating early subscription funnels, automated pop-ups, and powerful emotional or visual triggers (cosmetics, exclusive drops, impulse-buys) instead of heavy, slow-burn mid-core systems. * Rigorous Scoping & PRD Creation: Translate product strategy into thorough Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) containing explicit effort estimations and primary/secondary KPI uplifts as a mandatory prerequisite for production hand-off. * Growth & Marketability Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with the User Acquisition (UA) and Creative Ads teams to treat growth and product as a singular engine. Map in-game progression loops directly to CPI and ROAS targets, ensuring marketability signals dictate what actually gets built. * End-to-End Experimentation: Proactively set up A/B tests, live-ops events, and player behavior experiments in our internal data platform (Sundash). Analyze metrics and player friction points to scale winning concepts aggressively or execute fast data-driven pivots. * Pure Product Focus: Dedicate your energy to analyzing systems, drafting feature concepts, and maximizing impact. You will not be bogged down by sprint planning, retros, or daily agile team coordination-those processes are managed entirely by our Production and Project Management team. ## Related Videos - [How Data is Shaping our Games](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/176-how-data-is-shaping-our-games) - [Bringing the power of AI to your application.](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1010-bringing-the-power-of-ai-to-your-application) - [PySpark - Combining Machine Learning & Big Data](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/44-pyspark-combining-machine-learning-big-data) - [Coffee with Developers - Cassidy Williams - ](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/912-coffee-with-developers-cassidy-williams) - [Would You Buy Your Own HR?
