 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Bereich Telefonie
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Telefonie-Umgebungen
 * Unterstützung unserer Projektteams bei Telefonie- und Kommunikationsprojekten (z.B. Migration von bestehenden Anlagen)
 * Beratung unserer Kunden rund um moderne Kommunikationslösungen
 * Support für unsere Kunden vor-Ort oder per Fernwartung
