## Description

Als Teil unserer IT-Abteilung unterstützt du die Kolleg*innen aller Arbeitsbereiche bei einem reibungslosen IT-Betrieb, zum Beispiel durch:

 * IT-Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden - telefonisch, per E-Mail und vor Ort in unseren Einrichtungen
 * Mitwirkung bei der Betreuung unserer Server- und Benutzerinfrastruktur
 * Verwaltung und Konfiguration mobiler Endgeräte
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten wie System-Rollouts und -Migrationen
 * Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Pflege von Hard- und Softwarelösungen
 * Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen und Anleitungen
