This individual will serve as a key Subject Matter Expert (SME), acting as the operational bridge between program leadership, military stakeholders, and commercial vendors. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless transition from legacy military-managed networks to modern, vendor-supported infrastructure, including Zero Trust Architecture and enterprise NOC operations, while maintaining mission continuity.
