 * Experience with TDD, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI
 * Hands-on with Claude (Anthropic), Cursor, Windsurf, AI-assisted development workflows
 * Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector
 * Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
 * Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform/Pulumi
 * Monitoring tools: Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK
 * Strong mentoring, communication, and leadership skills
