This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate ERP data, coordinating vendor communications, supporting customer quotations, managing inventory transactions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations., Operations & Estimating Support * Assist the estimating team with preparing customer quotations and proposal documentation. * Coordinate vendor quotations and purchasing information. * Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and Operations team. * Maintain organized electronic and paper records for quotations, purchasing, and operational documentation. ERP & Inventory Management * Maintain inventory item records within the ERP system. * Create and update Bills of Materials (BOMs). * Process inventory transactions, production assemblies, and inventory adjustments. * Coordinate cycle counts and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies. * Ensure ERP master data remains accurate and current. Receiving & Inventory Administration * Receive incoming materials, tooling, and equipment. * Verify receiving documentation and coordinate inventory receipts. * Maintain receiving records and support inventory accuracy initiatives. Purchasing & Vendor Support * Process vendor invoices and assist Accounts Payable with invoice matching. * Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, invoices, and purchasing issues. * Maintain vendor documentation, pricing, and purchasing records. Customer Documentation * Email invoices and supporting documentation to customers. * Maintain shipping and operational records. * Assist with customer account follow-up and documentation requests.
