## About the Role

* SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central(EC) and Time Management is mandatory
 * Implementation and support experience in Employee Central and Time off
 * Understanding of Employee Central, Role Based Permissions (RBPs), Time Off rules, configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets
 * Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors EC including business rules, workflows.

Good-to-Have

 * Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module
 * Knowledge in integration of EC with ECP
 * Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.
 * Good understanding of Integration Center
