Seeking a Sr. HR Data Insights Analyst with 2-4 years of People Analytics experience to develop dashboards, generate reports, manage surveys, and deliver executive-ready insights.

Requires advanced Excel, Looker, Workday Discovery Boards, PowerPoint, AI tool proficiency, strong data governance, audit compliance, documentation, and preferably SQL and HR data model expertise., * Can you describe your experience with People Analytics and HR reporting, including the dashboards you've built using Looker or Workday Discovery Boards?
