This individual will play a critical role in connecting customer needs, field insights, and business strategy to deliver high impact product outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and brings a strong ability to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable, reliable product solutions., Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical discipline; advanced degrees or hybrid technical/business backgrounds preferred. 6-8+ years of experience in product ownership or management with a strong emphasis on hardware and firmware development and sustainment, ideally in healthcare environments. Solid understanding of the healthcare technology landscape; RTLS or MedTech experience is highly desirable. Proven expertise in Agile methodologies; Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred. Ability to work within a Phase Gate process for New Product Development. Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary hardware initiatives with a proven record of achieving project milestones. Experience interfacing with clinical professionals and translating clinical workflows into actionable product requirements. Ability to conduct product demos and convey solution value to leadership and other stakeholders. Persuasive communication skills, executive presence, thoughtful stakeholder management, and polished presentation skills with a global, cross-cultural perspective. Ability to make date informed decisions in ambiguous situations and balance short-term needs with long-term strategy.
