The ideal candidate must possess strong investigative abilities, leadership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment., * Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations, investigations, military, or a related field preferred. * Valid NYS Security Guard License * Prior experience within a Security Operations Center environment strongly preferred. * Demonstrated investigative experience and strong analytical ability. * Excellent report-writing and documentation skills. * Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong working knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, alarm monitoring, and related security technologies. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report management software. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. * Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required. PREFERRED CHARACTERISTICS: * Calm and composed under pressure. * Strong situational awareness and attention to detail. * Reliable, organized, and highly dependable. * Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision. * Strong problem-solving and investigative mindset. ## Description The Security Operations Center (SOC) Lead Analyst is responsible for overseeing day tour SOC operations and serving as a senior-level resource for investigations, incident response, operational coordination, and supervisory support.
