Preferred Qualifications · Experience supporting federal healthcare, federal marketplace, eligibility, enrollment, claims, financial management, or public sector data environments. · Experience with AWS, cloud-native application development, containers, Docker, Kubernetes, or related cloud modernization practices. · Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, SonarQube, Fortify, security scanning, automated testing, and audit evidence. · Experience with Section 508, accessibility, usability, UX collaboration, and federal digital service expectations. · Experience with identity and access management, OAuth, SAML, single sign-on, role-based access control, or related security patterns. · Technical certification or formal training in cloud, Agile, software architecture, security, or related technology areas. ## Description We are looking for a Senior / Lead Developer to support a federal healthcare program, including application development, modernization, sustainment, and integration work.
