## About the Role

* Knowledge of network connectivity, network security and Wi-Fi networks.
 * Good understanding of Windows environment and common operating systems
 * Ability to work with a variety of customers and vendors (some technical some non-technical)
 * Ability to communicate with customers in order to gather more information
 * Aggressive problem solver
 * Ability to travel locally to different clients
 * Ability to communicate through phone / email / written documentation, * Previous network field experience preferred but not required
 * Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (SMTP, FTP, SMB, Ports, TCP/IP)
 * Knowledge and hands-on experience providing support to users using Windows Desktop Operating Systems and other mainstream Microsoft applications
 * Strong communication skills and ability to work cohesively with clients
 * Valid Driver's license and clean driving record. Must be 21 or older.

Bonus Skill Set

 * Good understanding of Mac OS environment
 * CompTIA Network+ certified
 * Previous experience working with IT professionals
