## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience supporting desktop computers in a networked environment (Windows and/or Mac OS).
 * Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
 * Experience supporting A/V equipment in classrooms, meeting rooms, or event spaces.
 * Ability to provide both remote and on-site desktop support.
 * Strong customer service and communication skills in a professional setting.
 * Experience working both independently and collaboratively as part of a technical support team.
 * Ability to maintain accurate inventory and documentation of equipment and support activities.
 * Experience with setup, delivery, and installation of workstations, peripherals, and classroom technology.
 * Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques for classroom technology and instructional spaces.

Desired Skills:

 * Experience with video-data projection, audio systems, and general A/V troubleshooting.
 * Experience delivering end-user training or identifying training needs related to technology usage.
 * Familiarity with IT service management tools and help desk ticketing systems.
 * Ability to lead or coordinate technical projects and act as an escalation point.
 * Experience communicating and reporting technology outages and incident tracking.
 * Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
 * Prior experience in a higher education or academic support environment., * audio/visual equipment : 2 years (Required)
